To register your child(ren) please do the following 4 steps. Step 1 Please print out 1 copy (per family) of each of the following documents. Please print, fill out, and sign these documents out before coming to registration. AYSO code of conduct Kid zone pledge Team formation agreement Family volunteer form Step 2 Visit the web site https://www.eayso.org/ and follow the instructions. This web site will allow you to pre-register your child(ren). Please print out three copies of each player form. Sign these forms (all three of them) Step 3 If you are planning on coaching or being a referee please use the same web site https://www.eayso.org/ to register as a coach or referee (or both) and print out and sign 2 of these forms and bring these with you to registration. Step 4 Bring all of the above forms and a copy of a birth certificate (new players only) to one of the registration dates stated above. We only accept cash or checks. Pre-registering your child(ren) online does not register them for soccer. You must attend one of the registrations in June for your child(ren) to be registered. The spring season 2010 starts just after spring break and plays for 7 weeks. (we do not play games the week leading up to Memorial weekend). Exact dates will be published a little later.
